Refund & Return Policy (Satisfaction Guaranteed)

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. However, to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the package is in original condition. To make a return, contact us via the contact form or at boost@iboost365.com and we will help you with the return process.

Please return the product to the address we will provide. We also recommend sending it back with trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for any lost packages or any errors made by the delivery company. Once we receive the product, a full refund will be issued. But keep in mind the cost of insured shipping is non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any costs that may occur as part of the return. Costs associated with the return are not refunded.

14-Day Fun Guarantee

Our 14-Day Fun Guarantee implies that customers have an extended 14 day period to initiate returns, without any justification. To be eligible your products need to be in it's original condition. Shipping back to the return address is covered by the customer.

Discounted items

Items bought at a discount can be returned, as long as it follows the above requirements. Note: that only the paid amount will be refunded. Not the original (non discounted) price.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We would be happy to investigate the issue and make things right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product(s) and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
